B.1. Discussion on Superintendent Search Process and Search Firm Selection Criteria
Rationale:
The Board's search for the District's next superintendent is underway as a Request For Proposals (RFP) to perform superintendent search activities was sent out to agencies who conduct such searches. Staff will discuss the status of the RFP process and identify preferred selection criteria to narrow the proposing firms to 2-4 to interview by the board for a final selection on January 21, 2021. The Board will also discuss the role of a subcommittee of board members in the process.

C. ADJOURNMENT
Rationale:
The next REGULAR meeting of the Board of Education is scheduled for Tuesday, January 19, 2021, with Open Session beginning at 6:00pm.  The agenda will be available on the District's website by 5:00pm Friday, January 15, 2021.
