Rationale:
Members of the public may address the Board at this time regarding items on the Closed Session agenda. The Board of Education reserves the right to limit speaking time to three (3) minutes or less per individual.
 
B. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION
B.1. PUBLIC EMPLOYMENT / PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION (Government Code § 54957) Title: Superintendent
Rationale:
The performance evaluation of the Superintendent is annually conducted by the Morgan Hill Unified School District Board of Trustees. Additional special meeting times such as this one on July 30, 2020, are set aside in case the Board did not have adequate time during the closed session period of regular meetings to complete the evaluation process. In this unusual year, closed session discussions on significant other matters dominated the regular meetings this Spring, thus necessitating the Board keep the tentatively scheduled meeting for this agenda item.

C. ADJOURNMENT
Rationale:
The next REGULAR meeting of the Board of Education is scheduled for Tuesday, August 4, 2020, with Open Session beginning at 6:00pm.  The agenda will be available on the District's website by 5:00pm Friday, July 31, 2020.
